If you're unfamiliar with kombucha, it is a fermented tea with probiotic cultures, mainly used for digestion and stomach health.
Wild Culture Kombucha is different from other kombucha currently available locally because we brew full-strength kombucha. Full-strength kombucha is brewed naturally the full length of time without diluting, filtering probiotics, or stopping the fermentation, so it contains more probiotics and nutrients than commercial kombucha. Because kombucha is a fermented beverage, it has a naturally produces a small amount of alcohol. We brew 2 different styles of kombucha:
Herbal (0.4% ABV) available for all ages
Juice (1% ABV) available for 21+
Our kombucha is brewed in small batches, and every batch is brewed with health in mind. We brew with special blend of organic, loose-leaf teas, including green, black, oolong, and pu-erh. We use fresh, raw, unprocessed juice, that we juice ourselves from whole produce, and we never use any flavorings or syrups. Our kombucha is always full-strength, raw, live, and unfiltered, so it is full of probiotics and nutrients.
We have a passion for local farmers and aim to use local produce whenever possible. In addition to our core batches, we develop recipes based on what is in season.
